      • I have always liked lighting. I didn’t know much about the electrical construction industry, but I liked the idea of continuously learning new things.

      • When I struggle with customer responses, senior colleagues always say, “Are you okay? Let me know if you need help.”
        When I make mistakes, I sometimes receive strict feedback, but it always comes with valuable advice.
        Somehow they always notice when I am struggling. I feel that they are always looking out for me.
      • When I was sick, my manager called and even offered to bring me things I might need.
      • Even when working at different sites, supervisors call to check how things are going and help when I am struggling with new tasks.

      • I’ve been playing baseball since childhood and enjoy playing amateur baseball with the dream of someday playing in a professional stadium.
