- I have always liked lighting. I didn’t know much about the electrical construction industry, but I liked the idea of continuously learning new things.
- I experienced a blackout during the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi earthquake. After experiencing life without electricity, I truly realized how important electricity is.

When I make mistakes, I sometimes receive strict feedback, but it always comes with valuable advice.
Somehow they always notice when I am struggling. I feel that they are always looking out for me. - When I was sick, my manager called and even offered to bring me things I might need.
- Even when working at different sites, supervisors call to check how things are going and help when I am struggling with new tasks.
- The mentor system allows young employees to discuss concerns and daily challenges. Sometimes their ideas are even adopted and implemented.
- With support from my supervisor, I learned how to proceed with work and what customers focus on. When the project was completed, I received a “Thank you” from the client.

- I’ve been playing baseball since childhood and enjoy playing amateur baseball with the dream of someday playing in a professional stadium.
