In 2024, six engineers who studied electrical engineering at Hanoi University of Science and Technology in Vietnam joined our company.
In 2025, two graduates from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, one graduate from Electric Power University, and two graduates who studied electrical engineering at universities in Japan joined our team.
While differences in language and cultural habits can sometimes lead to communication challenges, all members are highly motivated and continue to improve their skills by actively engaging in on-site work.
They are also enthusiastic about obtaining professional certifications, and their presence has become a positive source of stimulation and growth for our entire organization.

Q. Why did you choose Asami Electric?
Asami Electric has a long history and strong tradition, and I was attracted by the opportunity to gain experience at a wide variety of construction sites. In addition, the company provides strong support for obtaining certifications, which made me feel confident about continuing my career in Japan.
Q. What are your current responsibilities?
I am currently engaged in construction management for low-voltage electrical work at office building construction sites. There is still much to learn, but I am gaining experience every day by working alongside senior colleagues and fellow team members.
Q. How is your life in Japan?
The company dormitory for single employees is newly built and fully equipped, making it very comfortable for living alone. During summer vacation, I traveled to Okinawa with colleagues, and I enjoy not only my work but also my private life in Japan.

Q. Why did you choose Asami Electric?

I felt this would be an environment where I could continue to grow. I was also attracted by the company’s strong commitment to safety and employee education.
Q. What are your current responsibilities?
I am currently involved in construction management work at new building construction sites, working alongside senior colleagues. Although I still have limited experience, I am learning something new every day and gradually building my skills on the job.
Q. How is your life in Japan?
I have brought my wife to Japan, and we are now living together. We cooperate as a couple in managing household tasks and enjoying our life in Japan. Although there are still things we are learning, we support each other and hope to continue building a stable life here together.
