    In the electrical construction division, we generally require qualifications such as First-Class Electrical Work Construction Management Engineer or equivalent.
    In the piping construction division, we require First-Class Plumbing Construction Management Engineer.
    After joining the company, we support employees in obtaining these qualifications through internal training programs.
  • What does the new employee training program involve?
    New employees participate in group training at the head office for the first two months.
    After that, they undergo a three-year trainee program focused on skill development and qualification acquisition.
  • Where will I be assigned to work?
    In principle, you will be assigned to the location specified at the time of hiring.
    However, for general-track positions, nationwide assignments are possible.
  • Are there any age restrictions for applicants?
