• Company name changed to Asami Electric Co., Ltd. in 1955

• Head office relocated to Nishitenma, Kita-ku, Osaka in 1962

• Granted construction business license by the Minister of Construction (Special-48, License No. 3558) in 197

• Capital increased to ¥100 million in 1976

• Established Asami Engineering Co., Ltd. in 1981 with capital of ¥20 million

• Capital increased to ¥200 million in 1982

• Capital increased to ¥300 million in 1994

• Completion of the head office building in 1995

• Obtained ISO 9001 certification in 1999

• Capital participation in Warden Co., Ltd. in 2014

• Celebrated the 100th anniversary in 2015
